18.25hrs End of presentation start of quiz and games and food .

As you are aware this is the first time we have done anything like this so there may be a bit of waiting around which we can’t do anything about really.

There is a £5.00 per person charge for food. This is subsidised  by Signol and for a family of 4 it would mean a good meal for £20.00 per family. There will be hot dogs and burgers and chips for the children and Potato pie for the adults with usual accompaniments. I have been reliably informed that the portions are generous so no one will starve.

There are several fully stocked bars. The bars have everything and are not limited as the Forum is. We feel that there is no need to bring drinks into the venue with you.

We will be having a quiz and play your cards right after the presentation and hopefully for those who are staying it will be a nice social event.

I must remind parents that it is their responsibility to keep their children in check and not run about like crazy around the venue as it is totally different from anywhere we have been before.

I hope everyone enjoys the event. If it works then we can look forward to another like event next year but if it doesn’t we will go back to our tried and tested way.

Just a reminder also that those teams who are leaving the club can you please make sure that your teams playing kits are returned at the presentation event as it will be impossible to get them back otherwise. I thank you for your cooperation in this matter. See you next Sunday 11.00am
